Company profile for TransForm

Organisation

TransForm af 1994 ApS –Danish Rootzone Technique (TransForm), is a Danish Consulting Company, specialised in Environmental Engineering. The company consist of the old company Danish Rootzone Technique started up in 1984 and TransForm af 1994 ApS which was started in 1995. Both are formed and owned by Jørgen Løgstrup.

 Transform af 1994 Aps is owned by Jørgen Løgstrup, Agronomist. Bacess A/S is 100% Daughter Company of Transform.

Transform is developing, designing and supervising in natural systems for water, air and waste treatment and in urban ecology.

Bacess is producing, marketing and selling patented air treatment systems. Patent EP 1356239B1 is in Jørgen Løgstrups name. Patent is accepted in Europe, USA, Canada, China, South Korea, Japan and Australia.

Several companies are using Jørgen Løgstrup and Transforms know how, some are close connected to Transform by partnership or as part owners.

There are no employed, we have in view to outsource most activities, either to partner or specialists. Projects are carried out in connection with specialist, hired for the project.

 1994-

Founder and managing director of Transform ApS (Ltd.), innovative development firm within environmental technology and urban ecology. The company is technical advisor on urban ecology housing development projects for the Danish Ministry of Housing and others. Recent projects (1996): Hedebygade Copenhagen, The Blue House Aalborg, Økohus 99 Ikast. Projects have been completed in Colombia, Argentina, Jordan, Uganda, India, Botswana, Namibia, Poland, Holland, Sweden, Germany, Denmark. At present, know-how transfer and training is under negotiation in connection with projects in Israel, Nepal, Ecuador and Australia.

Founder and board member of Dansk Bio Teknik ApS. Composting systems development firm. Development and design of container composting systems for sludge and other organic wastes.

Work areas for TransForm - Danish Rootzone Technique.

  The work areas of TransForm are wastewater treatment, Sludge mineralisation, Solid Waste handling, air purification (natural ventilation and indoor climate), Ecological Urbanisation projects and Education within these subjects. All areas with Technology based on Biological Treatments.

 TransForm’s main activities is within the areas of Water and Sludge Treatment, where we have more than 25 years of experience, and have developed more than 800 projects, worldwide.

 Regarding to Waste Water treatment, our company started with projects of domestic wastewater treatment, but during the last 15 years, we have developed many projects within the industrial area as well. TransForm is dedicated to sludge treatment and recycling of sludge products since 1987 with studies and investigations as well as project development.

 Our activities today includes Treatment plants for wastewater and sludge management within a lot of different industrial sectors, such as:
